Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use Fwdaway. By using a temporary inbox, forwarding alias, or related page, you agree to follow the rules below.

Quick principle: Fwdaway is a privacy tool for receiving email only—not a sending service, long-term file store, or way to bypass third-party rules. Use an email address you control long term for important accounts.

1. Services

Fwdaway provides short-term disposable inboxes without an account, plus forwarding aliases activated after verifying a destination email address. Features may include viewing incoming messages, extending or destroying temporary addresses, creating and disabling aliases, checking forwarding status, and viewing online archives retained for a limited time.

Temporary addresses are valid for approximately 3 hours by default. They may be extended where the product allows, but never beyond 24 hours. Alias limits, archive retention, attachment size, and request frequency for forwarding accounts are subject to the limits shown on the page and enforced by the system. We may adjust these limits for security and capacity management.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the destination email address you submit, and for protecting email verification codes, two-factor authentication keys, sessions, and temporary inbox links. Actions completed with valid credentials are generally treated as actions by the account holder.

If you discover unauthorized access, immediately disable the relevant aliases, clear your sessions, and contact support. We will never ask for your email password or complete one-time authentication key by email.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

4. Email Delivery and Content Responsibility

Email travels across third-party networks, so we cannot guarantee delivery, timely delivery, or that messages will not be blocked by the sender. Some websites reject disposable email domains; that is the other party’s policy. We do not guarantee that any address will work for a particular registration, verification code, password recovery, or ongoing communication.

You and the email sender are responsible for the content and intended use of messages. We may use automated systems to block spam, malicious attachments, and oversized messages, but we cannot guarantee that every risk will be detected. Verify the source yourself before opening links or downloading forwarded attachments.

5. Suspension, Deletion, and Termination

You may destroy a temporary inbox or disable or delete an alias. To protect the platform, we may limit requests, disable addresses, delete content, or terminate access in response to abuse, security risks, unusual traffic, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. In serious cases, we may act without prior notice.

After an address is deleted or expires, it may be permanently disabled. Recovery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on it to receive future account-recovery emails. Stopping use does not remove responsibilities that arose before termination.

6. Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to maintain reliability, but do not promise continuous, uninterrupted service, absolute security, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Maintenance, network failures, email-provider policies, attacks, or events beyond our control may affect the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fwdaway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from lost or delayed email, address expiration, third-party rejection, unauthorized access, or reliance on a temporary address. Rights that cannot legally be excluded are not affected by this section.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The website’s brand, interface, text, and software are protected by applicable rights. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license necessary for normal use of the service. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit and authorize us to process that content as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.

8. Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to features, law, or security, and will show the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after material changes take effect means you accept the updates. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete the relevant aliases.
